Movies today are telling us to repay evil with evil, or get revenge on some one who has done you wrong. A lot of movies that I have seen have some sort of conflict were some one has done something wrong to them so they have to come up with a more sneaky or clever way to get back at them. The Bible says something completely opposite about this subject.
1 Peter 3:8-9 Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another; be sympathetic, love as brothers, be compassionate and humble. Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.

You are right Joy, we always seem to over look revenge especially if there seems to be a validated reason for it, but it is still wrong. Good verse Joy :)
